Had a fantastic experience with ValleyVibe Appliance Repair! Found them through an online search while frantically looking for a freezer repair service in San Jose. I was pretty impressed with their prompt response and quick service. We’ve got an older model GE freezer that just stopped freezing overnight. Not great timing, but hey, that’s life, right?
Their technician, Mark, was a total pro. Showed up on time, took a quick look, and immediately got down to fixing the issue. Chatted a bit during the process, super friendly guy. Turns out it was a minor wiring issue, which he sorted out faster than expected. I was all geared up for a massive repair bill, but nope, pricing was fair, didn't feel like I overpaid.
What I appreciated most was how they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Straight to the point, no nonsense. Made sure everything was working perfectly before heading out. Left me a card, just in case. ValleyVibe is definitely my go-to for any future freezer repair needs.
